5. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. After shipping, no cancellations will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability or payment issues.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delays due to weather, logistics, or holidays are not under our control. You will receive a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.
7. Returns & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn gloves cannot be returned or exchanged.
